SCREENPRINTING

We only use the screen-printing process for large orders of designs made up of 'spot' colours up to 10 colours. For more colourful designs like photographs or smaller orders please see direct-to-garment tab for more information.

Screenprinting is outsourced at trade prices.

Please note: A setup fee applies to each logo and each colour component of the said logo. ie 2 colour logo will have a setup fee of approx $60ea (total $120)

Customer Printed Transfers are a valuable feature in the promotion of your club, team, school, business or special event.

The types of transfers available are listed below:

  • Spot Coloured Transfers -Screenprinted up to 10 colours.
  • Photographic or 4 colour process.
  • Die-Cut Iron-On Numbers & Letters.
  • Computer/Plotter-Cut Logo.

design
Create a contemporary innovative design or logo that delivers maximum impact in the marketing of your organisation. Otherwise put you onto a graphic designer to create the complete package.

redraw
Redraw files that are not suitable to work with. Please submit your artwork and we will provide a quote.

proofs
A pdf will be emailed as a proof prior to the commencement of any job.

artwork suitability
Please send your electronic files via our contact us page. This will allow us to assess your file and make recommendations regarding your artwork.

general
Our preferred format for all graphic files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. Text must be converted to outlines. If you have a vector image of your artwork or logo, eg: *ai, *eps, *cdr we can print direct to film no artwork cost will apply.

other formats
Low resolution bitmap images and scans below 150dpi, eg: *gif, *jpeg images taken from web pages, are not suitable for direct screen printing, and redraw fees may apply. Word documents, Publisher, Power Point or any other Office based program is not sufficient for finished artwork. Redraw fees may apply to any of these formats.

fonts
All fonts must be either converted to outlines/curves or supplied as ttf files for us to load onto our systems.
